Why cats are different
Cats are not small dogs.
A cat licking itself is not a cat cleaning itself. Licking moves saliva around. It does not lift the grease at the base of the coat, and it does not clear the dead undercoat that the grease holds in place.
That is what turns a soft coat into a mat, quietly, from the skin outward. A cat’s skin is thinner than a dog’s, and a stressed cat hides the problem until the damage is done. Tools, products and pace built for dogs simply do not transfer, which is why Sandi works from the skin up, not the hair down.

Twelve years of grooming, feline exclusive for the last four, and a Certified Feline Master Groomer since 2018. Sandi reads a coat from the skin outward: behaviour, skin health, coat structure, then the groom.
Sophisticated Manes is her one-groomer practice, and it comes to you. The same expert hands, every visit.

Services
Three session types, not a menu of grooms. Which one your cat falls under is decided by how often it is booked.
Single Sessions
For new clients, for cats nine weeks or more between grooms, and for any coat that needs restoring.
Maintenance Sessions
Regular care for a coat already in good order, booked four to eight weekly.
Memberships
A standing appointment every four or six weeks, all inclusive, and the best value Sandi offers.
